The AV Senior Account Executive, reporting directly to the AV Account Manager, is an excellent position for anyone looking to have a career in media. The role requires a proactive, intelligent and passionate person who works well under pressure as you will be responsible for the delivery of several AV campaigns (TV, Radio, VOD, Cinema, etc)

Working under the guidance of your Account Manager you will need to continuously monitor campaigns and negotiate with various media owners daily.




  • Work closely with your Account Manager to raise the bar of AV planning and buying output in your team
  • Develop a growing understanding of deal partners and commitment targets
  • Ensure you are working with the Outcome team and optimising campaigns to ensure the most efficient plan is being bought for the client
  • Ensure you are continuously tracking all details of your AV campaigns ie quality delivery, strike weights, overall campaign delivery.
  • Ensure all AV tracking details supplied to your Account Manager are accurate and as up to date as possible
  • Ensure you have a growing understanding of the TV market place and are actively tracking any inflation or deflation that may require a client update
  • Proactively look at opportunities to add value to your media campaigns
  • Develop relationships with key media contacts at your level across the AV marketplace
  • Support your Account Manager regarding working with clients through presenting, marketplace updates, campaign updates, etc and be able to respond to basic client requests
  • Ensure you are demonstrating the best financial processes regarding reconciliations, PO management, invoice booking and timesheet submission
  • Develop a generic understanding of audits and audit management
  • Proactively reporting to your Account Manager on the day to day buying delivery and tracking of your campaigns and suggesting solutions to any trading issues that arise
  • Active involvement/support role within an AV co-ordination team

  • Developing buying skills with an ability to work alongside and share your knowledge with junior members of the team
  • Growing knowledge of the AV marketplace
  • Confident communication skills with a proactive drive to speak to many different media owners
  • Basic understanding of an audit and how your work contributes to good results
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A confident and professional manner always, especially when under pressure
  • Good problem solving and numerical skills
  • A growing understanding of other media beyond AV
  • Awareness of the importance of the financial process ie invoice booking, PO’s, timesheets, etc and demonstrate this through your work
