Outline of the role

As a Media Director, you will be an experienced media practitioner, responsible for the day to day running of a significant portfolio of clients and the development of your account team. Working with the Business Director you will help in shaping all aspects of our offering, shaping it further and ensuring it is effectively delivered upon.

You will lead a team to define strategy, plan media and execute high performing campaigns across the full spectrum of products. You will ensure outstanding delivery to our clients, build our profile in the market and create new opportunities. 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Taking overall responsibility for effective client relationships  in terms of service levels, integration, output and client service teams
  •  
  • Ensuring the planning process is delivered end to end, mobilising appropriate resources from across the network to develop strategic,  integrated, consumer focused solutions to client business challenges
  •  
  • Truly understanding the nature of your clients’ business and identifying market and consumer dynamics that directly affect a client’s business and highlighting the implications
  •  
  • Simplifying and humanising data and information to tell simple, clear stories to our clients
  •  
  • Ensuring that all administration associated with a campaign is kept up-to-date and that all team members adhere to this
  •  
  • Regularly using Source (our massive multiplayer live planning game) to develop strategies, ideas and effective channel plans
  •  
  • Nurturing a positive team spirit

  • Attracting, retaining and developing great people
  •  
  • Driving revenue across client accounts and supporting business growth initiatives
