You’ll be leading a team of 10 individuals, managing all output across the EMEA regions and thus be willing to travel to help establish process and best practice throughout the network in relation to this client account.

Our clients are seeking innovative planning recommendations that challenge the status quo to enable our clients core franchises to stand out in in an ever-cluttered category and present an opportunity to work on an account that pushes boundaries in terms of content and creativity.

The Candidate

You will be naturally inquisitive, and willing to challenge the status quo – confident enough to challenge existing agency and client thinking to further evolve process and strategic thinking on the account.

You will have +10 years’ experience in communications / media planning / client servicing roles, with proven expertise in delivering against campaign objectives and growing client relationships.

You must have experience of managing and motivating people, and you should be very comfortable managing relationships with senior clients and colleagues across multiple territories.

You will have experience of working across multiple international markets and have good knowledge of how those markets are nuanced in terms of media buying and regulation.

You will possess the requisite management skills to identify and motivate team resource across the agency to deliver class leading work.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll join the Client Service team as an Executive Director and act as the focal point for International client relations – liaising with counterparts in the US to drive the strategy and planning agenda globally.

Drive account profitability through identifying opportunities to leverage other agency products and services that are out of scope that can be used to best achieve the client’s business objectives.

You will own areas of content on new business pitches and should expect to be asked to present your work.

You will be responsible for delivering new business proposals and making a contribution to the revenue delivered by your team and be familiar with forecasting these opportunities and maintaining a pipeline.

You’ll understand the need and the requirements for delivering highest quality insights & learnings, e.g. analytics, dashboarding and liaise closely with Marketing Intelligence to drive the agenda on the account.

You will be able to organise the workload of the team to ensure that their output is delivered as efficiently as possible and to the highest standard – but confident enough to challenge clients to help prioritise workflow and client demands.

You will be the overseer of ensuring that strategic and operational excellence are achieved.
