Our client is a leading Media Agency who is seeking an experience Social practitioner to work on some leading clients across EMEA regions.
You’ll join the Social Intelligence team as a Manager, and you will help us design ways to use advanced analytics to solve a client or agency business challenge.
You will have proven experience applying your specialism to solve business challenges.
It's not essential to have worked in a media agency before, but you do need relevant commercial experience.
You will contribute to new business pitch work and prepare proposals for new work
You will need to recommend how to apply your specialism to help client's grow their business
You will manage junior team members to deliver the work and you will be responsible for the quality of the work that they deliver.
We want people in the team to come to you for guidance and support -you will be an expert in advanced analytics.
You will build relationships with people from across the agency and learn from their experience.
You will support your colleagues and treat everyone you work with respect. You will help make coming to work enjoyable for every member of our organization
You will need to be up-to-date with developments within Social Intelligence, and be able to recommend ways to incorporate new techniques into our work.
You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.
You will promote the work of the team within the agency when you meet new people
We would be very happy if you would like to help us promote the work of the team through forums, blogs or social media.
You need to be totally comfortable applying advanced social intelligence techniques to commercial challenges, and you will be passionate about (if not fluent in) approaches to trends, influencers and audiences
It would be ideal if you can already use social intelligence tools such as Talkwalker, Netbaseand tubular. If not, we’d like you to be confident you could pick them up within a few months.
When clients brief you on new work you will distil the brief down and think of the most efficient way to get to an answer.
With the support of a Director, you will prepare a plan to deliver the work needed.
